Works slumps, relationship ruts, motivational slowdowns happen to the best of us - getting stuck is the natural order of this.  Getting unstuck, however, is an inside job that only you can do.  Let me facilitate that process with my signature coaching program, Reclaim Your Life - From Stuck to Satisfied in Five Weeks.

You have a full life. You work. You love. You run households and/or businesses. Day in and day out, you juggle the needs and expectations of everyone else often sacrificing your own happiness and well-being, while getting more and more out of touch with who you really are and what makes you happy.

If you feel uninspired, stuck, and depleted or that your life is on auto-pilot…It’s time to pause, reconnect, recharge — and reclaim your life.

We will explore the power, possibility and potential in your own life and free you from the circumstances and perceived limitations.

  • Break though old thinking patterns so you can experience more freedom, creativity, joy and power.
  • Create a personal self-care plan that is in alignment with your preferred way of being.
  • Get very clear on how you want your life to look and create a plan to begin moving towards it.

  • Learn how to set healthy boundaries
  • Learn how to create habits that support change and stick.
  • Learn how positive psychology practices, a science based approach, can lead to more happiness and fulfillment.

Week by Week

 

Week 1: Clear the Clutter - Real transformation requires you to reconcile where you have been and embrace where you are at. Through personal pre-work, you will get clear on why you feel stuck by unpacking your past and taking a deeper look at your present circumstances with more objectivity. You will find out how your mindset may be helping or hindering your efforts, learn ways to think on purpose, increase your resilience, let go of expectations and clear away what is keeping you stuck.

Week 2: Spotlight on Self Awareness - Have years of playing all your “roles” buried your true self? Self-awareness is an essential part of living a happy and fulfilled life.  Using a variety of assessments, you will uncover your natural preferences, values, and strengths. When you know this information, you will not only build confidence but you will also make future decisions that are in alignment with your best self.   

Week 3: Believe in Balance - Do you feel there is not enough time to take care of yourself or to do what you really want? We operate at our best when we can honor our commitments and take care of ourselves. As women, we spend much of our lives nurturing others and then we become stressed out, and depleted. This week, you will identify the areas of your life that are out of alignment with your highest self and uncover the mental, emotional and physical roadblocks that may be keeping you stuck in non-nourishing behaviors. You will create a personal self-care plan to include the activities that nourish your mind, body, and spirit.

Week 4: Empowered by Envisioning - Many of us define “success” by the outer world of expectations, our roles and society. However, we create our best lives when we live by our own values and core desires. Using the work from our the first three weeks, you will be guided through an introspection exercise to identify how you want to feel, what you want to have, who you want to be, and what you want to do in your career and life. 

Week 5: Alignment into Action - Now that you’ve gotten crystal clear on your desires, you will be guided step-by-step to outline 3-5 specific goals and the related action steps to move you into a life of more joy and meaning. You will get a clear understanding of how to set powerful goals, the stages of change, and learn a research based approach to effectively move towards your best possible self. 

Bonus: Rise Up To Resistance -  Additional Coaching Session - As you reach for your desires, test old beliefs, challenge the status quo, and approach your comfort zone, resistance will build. I will be there to support you with an additional coaching session to use at your discretion and to keep you moving towards your visionYou can use it when you need it most. 

What's Included:

  • Six 1:1 Coaching Sessions - Each week building on the previous week.  Sessions are 50-60 minutes and can be done in person, by phone, or Skype.
  • All materials that have been especially created for each step.  You will actually enjoy completing the beautifully designed worksheets.
  • Unlimited Email Support - Get the support you need when you need it while we are working together. I will read and respond to your email within 24 hours. This is especially helpful between coaching sessions when you have a question, want to share an "aha" or breakthrough, or when you are in need of some additional resources to help create movement, or get back on track.  Email me your successes and your struggles. I am here to support AND celebrate you.
  • Access to my resources -  I have spent the past several years immersed in all parts of transformational change, personal growth, and holistic health. I have a collection of resources that I am happy to share with you. You will be on my mind and when I come across something that I think would be supportive of your journey and goals, I will send it your way!

Your Investment:

TIME AND ENERGY: Reclaiming Your Life requires a commitment of time and energy on your part. These are roll-up-your sleeves working sessions that result in "homework", commitments, accountability emails.  Outside of the weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, I recommend setting aside 2 hours per week to do the self-study work.  Clear directions and all materials will be provided by me. You will block some time on you calendar and direct some energy toward your growth.

FINANCIAL: $750 or two payments of $387.50.  I know that sounds like a lot of money.  However, many of us invest a lot in what our life looks like on the outside. From the clothes we wear, the handbags we carry, the skincare and make-up regimes. Yet all of the joy and fulfillment from these purchases are temporary...a few months at best.  Invest in something that will provide lasting value...an investment of growth that lights you up from the outside in. When we live our most authentic and best versions of ourselves, we radiate and others will notice.

Group coaching offers a more affordable way to get guidance and make positive change in your life.  It is especially beneficial for women who crave being part of a supportive group that encourage ideas, next steps and action. As a group, we will follow my signature system, "Reclaim Your Life" creating a happier, healthier, more fulfilling life in five weeks.  You can expect a "happy hour" vibe with soulful self-growth.
