Well-being is characterized by health, happiness, and prosperity. Many of us would like to increase all of these but we're not sure how. We often believe that how much money we make, the new handbag, our marital status, our husband’s behavior, the number on the scale, how our boss treats us, etc. is predictive of our happiness. Yet only 10 percent of our long-term happiness is predicted by the external world. Happiness is an inside job.  If you're waiting for someone or something to come along to make you happy, you could wait a long time.  Don’t wait any longer…come to the new and improved “Happy Hour” to grow your understanding of positive psychology and what brings authentic happiness.

You can expect a "happy hour" vibe with soulful self-growth and insightful conversations. Enjoy a glass of wine while I share the science of applied positive psychology and evidence based tools that are proven to increase your success, health, and happiness.  The hour will include an interactive discussion on how to take practical action in your life.  A new topic is offered each month.
